Golden oldie Tara is a bit of a couch potato these days, and looking for someone who will join her on the sofa for cuddles. She's a very affectionate girl who likes to explore, and once she's satisfied herself, will plonk down and flake out! She still enjoys playing with toys, but she toes tire quickly if she gets a little carried away, and she's looking for a quiet life.
Type of home needed
Tara needs shorter walks these days, so she may make a wonderful companion for someone who is older, or has limited mobility. She's happiest when she has company, although she is housetrained and can be left alone for a few hours. Tara will walk with quiet dogs, but doesn't enjoy them getting too close or trying to interact too much, so would like to be the only dog in the home. She can be a little nervous when first meeting people, so she'll be best with any children being older, 14 and above.
