We are still taking interest in Frankie; however, he does require multiple visits from potential adopters and due to current lockdown restrictions we are unable to undertake these visits at this time. Frankie is a handsome 10 year old Cocker spaniel who despite his age has plenty of energy and loves nothing more than going for long walks. He's a busy boy so will need owners to keep his brain engaged and give him lots of things to do to prevent him getting bored. He is sociable with dogs and could live with another dog already in the home. He will need an owner who has dealt with difficult spaniels/dogs in the past. Frankie is unable to live with cats or small animals.

Type of home needed

Frankie can be worried by loud noises, so would be better suited living in a quiet rural area. He will need an adult only home with a maximum of two adults. He is happy to be left for a few hours. Frankie get very anxious travelling in the car so will need to live local to the centre. Due to this his future car travel will need to be kept to a minimum. Frankie does steal items in the home and will guard them, so this will need to be managed carefully in the home.

More about me

Due to Frankie's individual and behavioural needs, he will need to be rehomed within one hour's drive of the centre.
