Panini is a shy chap with an inquisitive nature. It is clear to see that he wants to live life to its full but lacks in the confidence to do so. His eyes light up when a tasty treat is on offer and he has keen interest in playing with toys, so providing him with plenty of opportunities to engage with his favourite things will really help to build him confidence.
Type of home needed
It may take a few visits to our centre to get to know Panini, but participating with him in lots of positive, reward-based training will be a great way to build his friendship. Panini is hoping to find patient owners who will allow him to take each day as it comes, while also supporting him with some on-going training. He will benefit from some extra focus work and name recognition, as well as a safe, relaxing and quiet household. Minimal visitors to the home and a garden of his own will be essential. Panini enjoys playtime with other dogs of a similar size, but he'll need to be the only pet at home. His human pals can be over the age of 16 and he'll be unsuitable to live with cats.
More about me
This loveable Lurcher doesn't quite realise just how great he truly is. He's hoping to find a family who can show him all that life has to offer and provide him with a comforting home where he can begin to build up some courage.
