Dog owners and their pets invited to meet Santa Paws at Dogs Trust West Calder

Santa Paws is expected to visit Dogs Trust West Calder on Sunday 9th December to bring festive joy to members of the public and their pooches over the festive period. He will be at the centre between 12.00pm – 3.00pm and the team are inviting everyone to come along with their precious pooches and get a picture with the man himself.

The entry fee on the day is a small present for one of the canine residents, which could be a toy, a blanket or tinned food, as these make fantastic treats over the festive season. Attendees will also be given a little gift of their own to take away after meeting Santa Paws.

Kim McNeill, Assistant Manager at Dogs Trust West Calder, said:

“We are looking forward to welcoming Santa Paws back for another year; he never fails to put a smile on everyone’s face. We’re hoping to see lots of supporters popping in as well as previous Dogs Trust residents to get their picture taken with him.”

“There are plenty of dogs expected to remain in our care over the festive season, however staff do everything they can to ensure our residents receive all the typical home comforts; including a dog-friendly Christmas dinner and presents on the day.”

Event address: Dogs Trust West Calder, Bentyhead, West Calder EH55 8LE
