Dogs Trust Merseyside - Dana has been found

UPDATE: We are pleased to announce Dana is now safely back at the centre, uninjured just a bit hungry! Nothing a few good meals and lots of TLC won’t fix. The staff at Merseyside would like to say a huge thank you to all who helped with the successful ending to this worrying waiting game – good news all round.

Dogs Trust Merseyside is desperately appealing for help in finding a Lurcher called Dana currently missing in the Congleton area after escaping from her new home just hours after she was adopted.

Dana was last seen at around 10.30am on Thursday (8th February) on Holmes Chapel Road in Congleton. She is white with a grey patch over her right eye and is very nervous and scared of strangers.

Catherine Stulberg, Assistant Manager at Dogs Trust Merseyside, explains:

“Members of staff and the public have been searching for her and we’re now appealing for anyone who sees her or has any information about her whereabouts to please call Dogs Trust Merseyside straight away on 0151 480 0660. She is very nervous and is likely to be frightened and confused by her unfamiliar surroundings and new people so we urge people not to approach her but to please call us immediately if they spot her. She is microchipped.”
