Supporter Relations Officer's at Dogs Trust Manchester
Louise became the SRO at the Manchester Rehoming Centre in 2016 and worked as a job share before taking over the role full-time in June 2017.
She offers free talks to community groups and also organises tours of the rehoming centre, as well as dealing with all the local enquiries about donations in memory of a loved one. She can also talk to you about the Canine Care Card Scheme and answer any legacy enquiries.
The annual Fun Day is also Louise’s responsibility and she helps with the social media coverage for the rehoming centre too!
Louise has two Collie Crosses and a cat at home and she enjoys going on long walks and camping with her dogs and family. What she loves most about the job is meeting people, especially during the community talks; as well as planning and running the annual events.
Finally, a little known fact about Louise is scared of stilt walkers!
If you would like any information about booking a talk or tour for your community group or are enquiring about the Canine Care Card Scheme or legacies, then please don’t hesitate to call her on 0161 337 3605 or email her at [email protected].
