Dogs Trust Kenilworth rehome first dogs of the year

The new year is off to a waggy start at Dogs Trust Kenilworth as it celebrates rehoming its first dogs of 2018.

Bella and Lillie, the five-month old Crossbreed puppies, came into the rehoming centre a few days before Christmas after their owner became ill and was no longer able to care for them. The adorable pups had plenty of fuss and cuddles from canine carers over the festive period but have now happily headed off to their respective new homes with Chelsie Cosgrove from Coventry and Simone Bush and her family from Warwick who have said it was ‘puppy love’ at first sight and are looking forward to being kept on their toes by their new additions.

Emma Healey, Dogs Trust Kenilworth Rehoming Centre Manager said: “We are so pleased that Bella and Lillie have found their forever homes and got the new year off to a cracking start.  We know they’ll be very happy with their new owners.”

Dogs Trust Kenilworth rehomed 1,400 dogs in 2017 and is expecting another busy year finding homes for dogs of all shapes and sizes.
