West London Dogs Trust start Blue Monday week on a high
Dogs Trust Harefield rehoming centre has bid farewell to numerous residents over the weekend
It’s been far from a ‘Blue Monday’ kind of a start to the week for 12 pooches at Harefield’s Dog Trust rehoming centre as they got set to em‘bark’ on a new adventure with new owners over the weekend.
Amongst those who said goodbye to their life in kennels are three Dachshund puppies surrendered before Christmas called Angel, Cracker and Tiny Tim, Staffordshire Bull Terrier; Smiffy and Bonnie the crossbreed, along with seven more dogs who have landed on their paws and will start the new year in their forever homes.
Dogs Trust Harefield’s Rehoming Centre manager Richard Moore commented:
‘What a great start to ‘Blue Monday’ week it’s been for so many of our residents here at the centre. I’m delighted that these dogs are able to turn their noses up at the concept of ‘Blue Monday’ today, as they’ve started it in the best way that they could possibly have wished for – a new home with loving owners.”
If you think you could provide a happy ever after for a dog from the centre, take a look at their current residents here.
