When you log in to the website please remember to type your login details manually as copying and pasting often fails.
If you continue to experience problems with logging in or completing forms it may be a problem with your Cookie settings. Dogs Trust uses a temporary cookie to hold your information as you travel through the forms. If your cookies are set too high then you will not be able to do this.
Below are instructions on how to change your cookie settings, this will not affect any other security settng on your PC. If you still experience problem please email us.
How to Enable Cookies
To enable cookies, follow the instructions below for the browser version you are using.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x
Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
Select the ‘Privacy’ tab
Move the tab down until cookie level is set to ‘Low’
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x
Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
Click on the "Security" tab.
Click "Custom Level" button.
Scroll down to the "Cookies" section.
To enable:
Set "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" to "Enable".
Set "Allow per-session cookies" to "Enable".
Click "OK".
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x
Select "Internet Options" from the View menu.
Click on the "Advanced" tab.
Scroll down to find "Cookies" within the "Security" section.
To enable:
Select "Always accept cookies".
Click "OK".
Netscape Communicator 4.x
Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu.
Find the "Cookies" section in the "Advanced" category.
To enable:
Select "Accept all cookies" (or "Enable all cookies").
Click "OK".
