Dog of the Week: Rambo

Meet five-year old Rambo – he might have a macho namesake, but this happy little chap prefers rambling to wrestling.
Jenny Hopkins, Assistant Manager at Dogs Trust Newbury, says:
“Rambo came to us from a pound. He’s had a rough start and is looking to live life in the slow lane at his own pace.”
“He’d be well suited to a quiet adult home where he is the only pet though he mixes well with other dogs. He would love nothing more than to accompany his new owner on a leisurely walk to the park. He would make good use of a small garden where he can relax in the sunshine and potter around. He’ll make a very loyal companion and reward you tenfold with love in return for a warm, comforting home.”
If you think Rambo could be a perfect pal for you, staff at Dogs Trust Newbury would love to hear from you on 01488 658 391. Or why not pop into the rehoming centre at Plumb’s Farm, Hamstead Marshall, Newbury, Berks.
