Five Fabulous Facts About Our Team
1. We have a friendly and dedicated team who work hard to care for 120 dogs seeking homes in our 65 kennels. If you have any rehoming queries or want to know more about a particular dog, please call the centre on 01325 333 114.
2. Our Supporter Relations Officer is the person to contact if you have a fundraising or media query. She is also responsible for our annual Sumer Fun Day that is taking place on the 27th June. 3. Our Education Officer's job is to visit Primary Schools teaching children how to become Responsible Dog Owners of the future and also how to keep Safe Around Dogs. This is achieved through fun interactive and FREE classroom workshops and assemblies. 4. Darlington is the home of the North of England Campaign Team. The Campaigns Team work in partnership with Local Authorities and their Pounds across the North of England to reduce the number of stray dogs and reduce the number of dogs unnecessarily destroyed.
