Likes and dislikes: Alfie is an active lad who really enjoys his woods walks and a bit of time spent with him when he gets back, as once he gets to know you Alfie really does love a fuss. He does mix well with some dogs but he will need careful socialising because he is reactive when he first sees them, especially on the lead.
Type of home needed: Alfie will need an adult only home with plenty of time to settle him in to make him feel safe and relaxed. People who can visit him a good few times before taking him on and who will take in his cheeky terrier ways and enjoy his company. He could live with another doggy friend as long as it is the right one but he can't live in a house with cats or resident birds. Please visit or call the centre for more information.
