The practice of killing and eating dogs originated in South Korea in times of famine and has continued as a cultural tradition.
We are protesting against the methods used to slaughter the dogs. Burning, electrocution, hanging and drowning would not be considered humane methods of killing farm animals here, and the welfare of dogs reared for meat is very much in question.
