Would You Like to Take Care of a Mummy's Boy?

Three perfect pooches seek careful lady owner this Mothers Day.

This Mothers Day, three pooches at Dogs Trust Canterbury are hoping to find a loving mummy of their own. Dogs Trust, the UK’s largest dog welfare charity are specifically asking for female owners to come forward for Luke, Bumble and Benson because all of the dogs are frightened of men because of bad experiences in the past.

Lizzie Reffell, Centre Manager comments:

These three gorgeous boys are looking for a Mother on Mothers’ Day to fill their lives with the joy they deserve.

Luke is a handsome three year old male Crossbreed. This dog certainly can be taught new tricks, and Luke loves to learn. On Luke’s wish list is a kind new mummy who will take the time to help him settle in to his new home. He would also like a garden and no other pets in the house, he wants his new mum all to himself!

Benson is a male Collie Cross of about eleven years old. This old charmer is fantastic around the ladies and he loves going cruising in the car. When he’s not on the road, fully toilet trained Benson loves relaxing in the house and will entertain his new friends with his quirky ways. He’s looking for a calm home where he can settle in and there’s no other chaps cramping his style

Bumble is a five year old cross breed hoping that he can ‘bee’ some lucky ladies new best friend. Bumble has had a hard time in life up until now, and is frightened of other dogs as well as  men and this makes him need a mother’s love all the more. He’s a gorgeous boy who is very affectionate once he knows you’re not going to hurt him. Bumble is hoping to find a calm home where he can grow old enjoying lots of cuddles from his mummy.

Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity with 17 Rehoming Centres across the UK. Dogs Trust cares for over 16,000 stray and abandoned dogs every year.
