This week the UK’s largest dog welfare charity, Dogs Trust is looking for support to find new homes for their residents at Dogs Trust Harefield Rehoming Centre located in West London.
Meet Duke (pictured). Duke is just one-year old tan and white cross. He was recently found wondering the streets of west London but luckily someone kindly picked him up and handed him over to Dogs Trust Harefield.
Duke is extremely friendly and affectionate and is looking for new owners who can give him lots of affection in return. Because of his size, Duke is often misunderstood and deemed hard work. However, Duke who is ‘not so small’ is a real angel and just wants to play and cuddle up. Often found playing with his toys, Duke is particularly keen on games involving squeaky toys and a tug of war.
Duke thrives on mental stimulation and needs a home where he can be challenged. Duke is ideally looking for experienced owners who are willing to do basic training with him, which should be fun and easy as he loves to please. It would also be great if he could find a new home with another canine companion. So, if you’re looking for a new addition to the family to bring lots of fun into the household then Duke’s your boy!
