Have you ever wondered what a Dogs Trust Office Dog gets up to?

Here I am only 5 weeks old at Dogs Trust Merseyside, where I was born. Richard and his wonderful team took great care of me and well-prepared me for the ‘jet setting’ lifestyle that I am used to today.
This is the first photo my human ever saw of me. Who could resist?

This is my first ever photo shoot in a studio, although I’m quite an experienced model now. I was 4 months old and as you can see, I’m sitting very obediently for my favourite treats. Shame I couldn’t quite get the hang of wearing my collar and tag straight though!

This is me, a bit wet and muddy, at my first meet and greet at All About Dogs 2004, at Brentwood, Essex. Apart from the rain it was a great day out, working on the Dogs Trust stand, making lots of new human and doggy friends and showing people how brilliant rescue Lurchers can be as companions.

Here I am with my best friend, fellow office Lurcher, Reuben (who works in the Field Department) and our humans, just before setting off on the Great Scottish Walk 2004.
We enjoyed a 6 mile sponsored stroll through beautiful Edinburgh – lots of fun and fundraising for Dogs Trust!

I’m on the front of our supporters’ magazine Wag! Personally I think this is the best cover that we've ever had... What's next? Vogue, Elle, Cosmopolitan? Nah, Dogs Today magazine actually - how glamorous? I try not to get big-headed, but I am a bit of a star…

Dogs Trust takes part in the annual Lord Mayor’s Show to remind Londoners that rescue dogs are the best! I’m on the far left with the human in the silly hat! Why do humans take any opportunity to embarrass their canine friends?

Here we are in the Lord Mayor’s Show parade 2004 – that’s Reuben again and Sadie (a lovely collie cross, who works in the Education Department). It was so cold that I had to wear my fleece under my Dogs Trust coat, brrr! Hope it’s a bit warmer next year.

Here I am taking part in a press photo call for the ‘soil turning’ ceremony at our West London Rehoming Centre site before it opened in 2006. It’s amazing how pretty I look, even in a mechanical digger!

Here I am crossing the start line at the dog walk organised by Dogs Trust Bridgend, which raised around £3000. Miss Wales cut the ribbon for us and led the walk with Taz (who was looking for a new home). I can't believe that Miss Wales was getting more attention than me - I knew I should have brushed my fur for the occasion!!

Here's me and best office buddy Reuben hard at work in the office. It's a dog's life here at Dogs Trust!

I had a whale of a time trying out the sandy exercise area at our Rehoming Centre - Dogs Trust Harefield, West London. All of my rescue pooch pals are going to love staying here whilst waiting for their new homes - it's almost like being at the beach!
