These dogs were bred with a job to do. Whether to guard, rescue, or pull a sleigh or cart, they lived to serve. These dogs need to be working, so to make sure you keep your pet happy you will need to give a good amount of exercise and mental activity. They are very loyal to their own families. Socialisation and training of these big dogs is of course, very important.
