Terms and Conditions

1. Prices shown on the specification pages of the 'shop' include postage and packing. We currently only deliver in the UK and Northern Ireland, however if you wish to send an order outside of these areas it can be arranged by calling us. 
2. If, prior to delivery, you decide to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible.  The cancellation will only be effective once it has been confirmed in writing to you by us, usually via email.
3. In accordance with the Distance Selling regulations 2000, should you decideonce you have received the goods that they are no longer required, you may return them within 7 working days of receipt, for a full refund.
4. If there is any damage caused to the goods while they were in transit, please let us know as soon as possible. On returning the goods to us we will either give you a full refund or replace the goods. 
5. In addition to your statutory rights we also offer a 28 day money back guarentee. This extends the period you haev to return the goods of up to 21 days. If we receive the goods within this time we shall refund the cost of the product, less post and apcking. However, this guarantee will not be honoured if it is found upon inspection that the goods have been misused by you. Goods should be returned in thier original packaging, with any instruction sheets, at your cost.
6. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to abnormal, incorrect or negligent use of the goods, damage caused as a result of fair wear and tear or where you have given us incorrect or misleading information on how you are going to use the goods.
7. If you return the faulty goods within the guarantee period, Dogs Trust will at its discretion offer appropriate redress, such as repair, replacement or full or partial refund. Dogs Trust reserve the right to change the specification of the products form the features advertised. We will advise you of any changes at the time you order, and allow you to cancel the order if you wish.
8. The guarantee will not apply until you have paid for the goods in full.  The legal ownership of the goods will remain with Dogs Trust until payment has been received in full. 
9. The risk (i.e. the responsibility for what happens to the goods) will pass to you as soon as your have received them.
10. We will always contact you at the address you have given unless you advise otherwise.
    Where payment is by credit or debit card transaction the person ordering must be the credit card holder or have the holder's authorisation. Should the cardholder deny authorisation at a later stage, criminal charges may be brought against the person placing the order. Should the cardholder deny authorisation at a later stage, criminal charges maybe brought against the person placing the order. The billing address must be the address at which your payment card is registered.
11. When you submit your order you are allowing us to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event of there being a problem with your order we will communicate with you via e-mail, telephone or letter.
