Health Problems: Grooming

Regular grooming is important to keep your dog’s coat healthy. Long coated dogs will need a daily groom and this is best done with a comb to get right down into their coat. Shorter coated dogs need a stiff brush and less regular grooming. Grooming also helps form the bond between the dog and their owner so it is best to start very young and make it a pleasant experience for your dog so he enjoys being groomed.
